  2. Cliff and I are trying to eat more healthfully and get regular exercise. A recent study from Purdue University indicates that red wine may not only have cardioprotective effects, but also interrupt fat cell development. I am only drinking rioja (wonderful Spanish red wine) until I get skinny.

  3. i love mojacar old town it reminds me of san jose in the cabo de gata, someone else you must go when you get chance! probably best in the warmer months as the sea is a must as it is so shallow
